Why it is worth fixing rather than replacing

Whatever the booked job, the visit finishes with a soap-solution leak test across the joints, valves and hose, plus a flame check on every burner. Gas work that skips this step is not finished work. If something outside the booked job needs attention, you are told about it and given the cost — not charged for it unannounced.

Why is my gas stove flame orange instead of blue?
An orange or yellow flame usually means the air-to-gas mix is wrong — most often a blocked burner jet, a clogged brass burner head, or an air-shutter that has drifted out of position. It burns less efficiently, blackens your utensils and wastes gas. Cleaning and re-tuning the burner normally fixes it in the same visit.
Do you repair all gas stove brands?

Is it worth repairing an old gas stove?

How long does a gas stove repair take?
Most repairs take 30 to 60 minutes at your home. If a part has to be sourced, you will be told the cost and the timeline before any work begins.
Do you install a new gas stove or hob?
Yes. Our gas mechanic connects the new stove or built-in hob to your LPG or PNG supply, sets the flame on every burner for your gas type, and leak-tests every joint before handing it over. For a built-in hob that includes cutting or checking the platform opening so the hob sits level and the hose is not kinked underneath.
Can you shift my gas stove to another place in the kitchen?
Yes. A short move along the same platform is usually just a longer, properly clamped hose and a leak test. Moving it to another wall or a new platform needs the gas line itself re-routed, which our team also does — see gas pipeline repair and installation.
My connection is from HP Gas, Bharat Gas or Indane. Can you still repair the stove?
Yes. The stove is independent of the gas company — the same repair applies whether you are on an HP Gas, Bharat Gas or Indane cylinder, or on Mahanagar Gas PNG. Cylinder delivery and the cylinder itself are your distributor’s responsibility; everything from the regulator to the burners is what we fix.
Do I need to bring my stove to a repair shop?
No. Everything is done at your home, on your own platform — diagnosis, repair, flame tuning and the leak test. Nothing is taken away, and you see the old part before the new one goes in.
